Arctic Const. Ltd is a 3rd generation company. Owned and operated by the Pickell family who have been in the oilfield and construction business since 1952.

Having been involved in the Oil & Gas and Mining industries for this length of time, ACL has the necessary experienced employees and equipment to ensure that any job we take on is completed in a safe, efficient and environmentally sound manner. Meeting and surpassing rigorous safety and environmental standards in conjunction with local requirements remains our number one goal on any project.

ACL has worked extensively in Northern British Columbia, The Yukon and North West Territories. Our strength is the ability to work in remote mountainous areas. We offer a full range of services to the Oil & Gas industry, providing Oilfield road and lease construction, Highway construction, dam embankments, airstrips, reclamation, mine, mill, and plant site preparations, oilfield transportation and logistical support.

We feel very strongly about training young people, offering them experience in: Equipment Operation, Supervsion, Safety and Environmental Practices. Thus enabling them to better themselves and contribute to the future of the industry.
